Simphiwe Masilela is an Air Traffic Controller with 10 years of experience in the aviation industry. She began her journey with ATNS in 2015 as an ATC bursar and qualified as an Aerodrome Controller in 2017. In 2023, she completed her Approach Procedural and Radar rating. She is very passionate about aviation. Simphiwe is committed to delivering safe, professional, and expeditious service to clients every day. Over the past decade, she has dedicated herself to my ATC studies & mastering her craft. She is currently focused on furthering her studies with the goal of stepping into a leadership role within the industry one day.
