As Director Air Navigation Services, Ms Flora is responsible for ensuring safe, regular and efficient air traffic operations while strategising digitalisation and innovation of the ANS infrastructure in Tanzania.
She is among the pioneers of EGNOS Africa Joint program (now known as SatNav Africa Joint Program) which support the implementation of seamless and sustainable satellite navigation services in all sectors with aviation as the main driver.
She is currently serving as the interim chairperson of the CATS Steering Group (CANSO Africa).
